FohBoh | Sentry™ is priced per location, with its core modules included. M03, Cortex™ and MGE™ licensing depend on what you certify and how you deploy, so we price them with you.
Every core module. One price per location.
$2,388 a year per location. The CAAR fee is earned when the CAAR is delivered and does not depend on whether a vendor pays.
- Core modules included: M01 Merchant Processing Fees, M02 Delivery Platform Fees and M04 Supplier Invoices.
- No threshold. The fee applies to every qualifying certified finding, large or small.
- Each certified dollar is billed once. Findings already billed can reappear in later CAARs for tracking at no extra fee.
- A clean CAAR costs nothing extra. If a CAAR certifies no qualifying amount, you pay the subscription only.
- You decide what to pursue. FohBoh certifies; it never contacts your vendors or collects for you.

A qualifying certified finding is an evidence-supported amount certified as recoverable under MGE rules and documented in a Certified Analysis & Audit Report (CAAR); a possible discrepancy or an evidence gap alone does not qualify.
